Academic Calendar

Student Services
AEA provides a full range of support services to help you thrive during your studies.
Student ID
AEA issues a student ID card to all enrolled students. Ask your Campus to request your ID with the AEA headquarters.
Transcript & Certificate
Students can request a free unofficial transcript at any time. A certificate of completion is issued to students who meet the requirements for progression at the end of their class.
Social Events
All students have access to fun, educational, social, and recreational activities throughout the year, including holiday celebrations such as St. Patrick's Day, Halloween, and others.
Counseling
Unlimited online academic, personal, and immigration counseling is available to students all day, all year long.

Our pre-arrival packet provides international students with important details and guidelines to prepare for their move and studies, easing the transition into a new country, culture, and academic environment. Please note that AEA does not offer student housing or dormitory accommodations. Students are responsible for arranging their own housing prior to arrival.
